Disney LIVE!

When I got home from school today, Mommy, Daddy (and Sloane) had a surprise for me - they got free tickets to Disney LIVE - Pirates & Princesses!  Woo hoo!

Waiting in anticipation for the show!

First family Selfie!

A little Doc McStuffins pre-show

I nearly thought Sloane was going to fall off her seat
when she saw Mickey & Minnie - her favorites!

They did a little dance for us.

Next up, Sofia!

Fauna, Flora & Merryweather

Sofia got a visit from Cinderella

As the finale, Sofia performed some magic (or that's how I saw it)
...all of the sudden she grew REALLY tall!

Then a little more Mickey & Minnie
Sloane couldn't get enough!

Enjoying some snack time at the show!
Not sure what Daddy is up to in the background!

Sloane made herself comfy on the aisle stairs!

Next up was Jake & the Neverland Pirates...
We all agreed that it was a little more action packed than Sofia.

Sloaney even showed off some dance moves and of course her silliness!

Jake trapped in a cage...don't worry he got out!

Jake steering his ship

This is me helping Jake steer his ship
For pretend of course...but, I did a good job!

There was even a crocodile in the show

 ...and flying!

...AND a volcano eruption!
This picture makes it look more dangerous than it really was

See....no one was hurt!

The whole gang!

 Another family selfie!
(It's rare we get pictures with all of us!)

After the show we checked out the giant
blue bear outside the convention center.
I was super excited to be Downtown!

I was under the bear's butt - haha!

Grandparent's Day

Today was Grandparents Day at my school, so I invited my Great Grandma Sally along.  We didn't get too many photos.  But, we enjoyed lunch together and I got to show her around.  I was so excited that she joined me today!

Welcome to my school, Grandma!

 Grandma reading to me.
She was pretty good at this since she used to teach preschoolers herself!

Me looking up to my Grandma (literally)

 I sure love her!

Colorado Winter Time Swinging

Number 3,586 reason it's great to live in Colorado.  Swinging in the winter time.  Yes it was another amazing day in the middle of January, so we had lunch at the park.  No captions just swinging.

Strike a pose!

If you know Sloane, you know that she LOVES shoes!  Today she did a little modeling...I'd say she's got the pose down!

Moon boots and diapers...because she can!

Look at that cute little tushie!

Happy as can be!

I believe this look is referred to as a smolder:)

When she's not running around in boots and diapers,
she's making us all laugh with food on her face...she's adorable
(no matter what she wears - including food on her face)!

It finally arrived!

It finally arrived...my chair that is!  The anticipation was long awaited...but, totally worth it!  Thanks to my Mimi, I now have my own chair, and I couldn't be happier (as you'll witness in the video).  Sayler is pretty excited she doesn't have to share her's anymore as well!

Woo hoo...I can't contain my excitement (and neither can sissy)!

So excited, I didn't want to sit at first!

But, then sissy taught me how to lay back and relax!

Sissy was so excited about my chair as well
that she wanted to take it for a test drive (or sit in this case)

I finally let her sit in it...though, I'm not sure this is the proper way to do it!

While Daddy is away...the girls play!

While Daddy was away in the mountains, we headed to the Nature and Science museum for a little educational fun!

We really like to be hands-on!

Look Mom, Daddy is there!

We were stretching like the cat...ME-OW!

Sloane and I put on a quick puppet show

Then I stole the show!

Inspector Sayler!

Mommy made us some hats...
Hop, Hop...mine was a bunny!

Sloane was a kitty...I don't think she was happy about it.
Meow...or should I say hiss!?

Then Sloane spotted this Mickey Doll in the Native American Hall
Who knew?!

Sloane 16 months

For my 16 month birthday, Sayler had the day off from school so we headed to the zoo with some friends!  Unfortunately, it ended up being a little colder than we thought so we headed home early.  But, we got a few pictures first.

Me chasing the big girls!  They sure were fast.

A ride in the rickshaw

Then it was my turn to take the wheel.
I think Sayler was impressed with my skills!

Next up, the standard photo session...
Can you all believe I'm 16 months old?

Helloooooooo!

A little love for Patches

Mommy thinks I look really big in this picture...
I'm growin' up!
See you next time!
